My Story

One, amidst the crowded streets of Al-Quds a century ago, Amani Joza's grandparents set out on their journey through life. Born into a world steeped in culture and tradition, Amani traces her origins to this ancient land, where every stone whispers stories of resilience and heritage. Fate led Amani's ancestors to seek refuge in the embrace of distant lands. Jordan beckoned to them before fate guided them to the sands.

Amid the golden colors of Kuwait's landscape, Amani's parents found love and built their family. However, the nostalgia for their ancestral roots never diminished, and they eventually returned to Jordan, where Amani was born. In the fabric of Amani’s upbringing, the values instilled by her Palestinian heritage, intertwined with the Jordanian narrative and culture, emerged. Education, diligence and a thirst for knowledge were woven into the fabric of their identity.

As Amani grew, her passion for education and social development blossomed, fueled by the rich tapestry of her family history. Amani, a beacon of knowledge and grace, dedicated herself to the art of education. She even ventured into pioneering experiments, until she became the principal of the first Arab school in China. With unwavering determination, she crossed borders, guided by her faith and commitment to nurturing young minds, and wove threads of wisdom through the fabric of her students' lives.

With over a decade of experience in program management and education, Amani has emerged as a guiding light in the field of social-emotional learning. Its mission has transcended borders, reaching across the MENA region as it sought to empower individuals and organizations alike.
